Welcome

I have many years of experience as a registered Marriage Celebrant through the Attorney General's Department of Australia.

As a Marriage Celebrant, I feel honored and privileged to be a part of your special day. I go the extra mile to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect, right down to the last detail.

I can assist you with your vows and provide samples of wedding ceremonies, including vows and readings. I can also provide suggestions and guidance on how to write your own marriage vows, be they non-religious, religious, spiritual, traditional and the not so traditional.

While based in the Outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, at the foot of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, I am also close to the exciting Yarra Valley Wineries. I am available to officiate at marriage ceremonies throughout Australia.

As a Marriage Celebrant, I officiate at Weddings, Renewals of Vows, Same Sex Marriage Ceremonies, Baby Namings , Celebration of Life and Funeral Ceremonies.

I am a member of the Association of Marriage Celebrants in both Victoria and South Australia and I abide by their Code of Ethics and Standards.

Before planning an ideal ceremony for your special day, I love to chat with you, listen to your stories about your family, how you met and fell in love, so I can be guided to personalise your special day for you. I am totally committed to making your ceremony, most special and memorable.

I offer you your choice of Ceremony and am able to provide you with drafts, verses, poems, and ceremonies within your ceremony, such as the Sand Ceremony. I always feel honoured and privileged when a couple chooses me to officiate at their Wedding, as I love being able to help you plan your ultimate Wedding - the most important day of your lives.

If you are looking for a ceremony that is unique and personalized to you, please get in touch.

As a Marriage Celebrant, I aim to make this very special, and much wished-for occasion, be filled with cherished memories.

It may be hard for you knowing where to start with the planning of your perfect ceremony. I am here to help and guide you in the right direction, and to take the stress out of your wedding plans.

I want to weave the perfect ceremony for you both, so that you will always remember the love you shared on this, your Wedding Day.

While based in Melbourne,  I would like mentioned that I regularly visit Victor Harbor, South Australia and surrounds and am happy to officiate at weddings there by mutual arrangement.

RENEWALS OF VOWS

A Renewal of Wedding Vows can be a meaningful and touching ceremony for yourselves, your family and loved ones.

The ceremony can be personalized to reflect both of your personalities, incorporating special times and memories in your lives. This will draw your friends and loved ones, into the ceremony, making them feel part of this very special occasion, and the fact that you are wanting to renew your vows, with those special to you present, therefore making it a rewarding experience for all.

NAMING CEREMONIES

A naming ceremony is a special event and an opportunity to welcome your newborn, or an older child into your lives and your family, without the need of a religious ceremony. This gives you, the parents, an opportunity to express your love, care and support to your child. It is an opportunity to bring your friends and loved ones together to welcome the little one into your family, and by giving acknowledgement and ceremony to your child or baby's name.

With unique ideas, I will make this day a memorable one for you, your child, and your family.

FUNERAL SERVICES

The loss of a loved one can leave an emptiness in the hearts of the grieving family. My aim is to give the deceased a fitting tribute. To celebrate their life and to bring meaning to the grief, loss and sadness for those who are left behind.
From visiting with the family and loved ones, I can gather information of who and what their loved one was like, and portray that person's life in a beautiful and sensitive way at their funeral service.

I also officiate at funerals, where your loved one's ashes are scattered on the beach, in a garden, or any other place that was special to them.

I officiate at neo-natal death ceremonies, as well as newborns, and young children's ceremonies, with a gentle and sensitive approach to the needs of the grieving family.

As a practising nurse, I can empathize and understand, the suffering loved ones experience during an illness, and leading to their death. I can also understand and be extremely sensitive to those unexpected and sudden deaths, where loved ones are experiencing disbelief, shock and denial, and yet, having to arrange a funeral under such difficult and emotional circumstances.

I try to get as much information about the deceased loved one so that I can build a story of their life, making it a tribute to the deceased, and a living memory to those left behind.
